Inclusion Counselor - Parkview Family YMCA

The inclusion counselor will positively impact the lives of children with additional needs, including emotional, behavioral, and physical challenges, by connecting with them and their parents warmly and engagingly. This role involves leading fun and enriching activities for school-Age children with special needs participating in the summer day camp.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and possess reliable transportation to and from work. Essential qualifications include experience supervising multiple children, especially those with diverse abilities, and maintaining an organized, flexible, and positive service-Oriented attitude.
