Canton Mission Services - Employment Specialist/Job Coach

The employment specialist/Job coach will provide one-On-One coaching and guidance to job seekers to help them navigate the job market, set career goals, and secure employment opportunities suited to their skills. This role also involves assisting clients with job search materials, guiding them through application processes, and assessing their needs to develop personalized employment plans.

A preferred qualification is an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, though an equivalent of a high school diploma and three years of vocational rehabilitation experience will be considered. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass background checks, and may need to obtain certifications like cesp.
