The employment navigator will provide one-On-One coaching, guidance, and job search assistance to help job seekers navigate the market, set goals, and secure sustainable employment. This role also involves conducting initial needs assessments to develop personalized employment plans and maintaining community relationships with employers and agencies.

A preferred qualification includes an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, though an equivalent of a high school diploma and three years of vocational rehabilitation experience will be considered. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to travel, pass background checks, and potentially obtain certifications like cesp.
