Older Youth Enrichment Instructor

The older youth enrichment instructor will serve as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor for approximately 20-25 students, providing enrichment activities using approved curriculum. Responsibilities include creating an engaging environment, fostering a sense of belonging, supporting positive behavior choices, and implementing lesson plans.

Candidates must possess 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units, or a bachelor’s degree, along with expertise in the designated enrichment activity and a minimum age of 22. A minimum of six months of experience working with groups of 10 or more students in a classroom or recreation setting is also required.
