Substitute Program Leader

The substitute program leader will work directly with students, providing homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity while acting as a positive role model, coach, and mentor. Key duties include creating an engaging environment, supporting positive behavior choices, and ensuring student safety through supervision and site maintenance.

Candidates must have experience working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate them, along with proof of high school graduation or ged, and either 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units, or passing an instructional aide test. Applicants must also pass background checks, a tb test, and demonstrate proficiency in k-8 level math and english skills.
