Summer Camp Counselor-SCJ-Racine

The counselor will impact children's lives by providing a safe and nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development under the director's guidance. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and scheduling program offerings, determining and arranging field trips, and ensuring constant safety and supervision of children.

The role requires assisting in designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum according to bright horizons and naeyc guidelines. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the position while maintaining positive relationships with parents, co-Workers, and children.
