Substitute Preschool Teacher

The substitute preschool teacher will collaborate with existing teachers to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom and actively support the social and emotional development of children using positive guidance techniques. Responsibilities also include encouraging family involvement in the head start program and adhering to all center policies regarding health, safety, and nutrition.

Candidates must demonstrate commitment and passion for working with children and families, along with effective communication and writing skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a substitute certification, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree being preferred.
