Summer Camp Counselor - SCJ- Racine

The counselor will work under director guidance to impact children's lives by providing a safe environment that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and scheduling program offerings, determining field trips, and ensuring constant safety and supervision of children.

Candidates must assist in designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum according to naeyc guidelines and organizational standards. This role requires meeting the physical demands necessary to ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times while maintaining positive relationships with parents and co-Workers.
