Residence Counselor

The residence counselor is responsible for implementing each consumer's individualized program plan, assisting with community integration and overall well-Being. They collaborate with the service planning team to ensure services meet the needs and preferences of the consumers.

A high school diploma or ged is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license and passing a criminal history record check are also required.
