Core responsibilities
The residence counselor is responsible for implementing each individual's individualized program plan and assisting with community integration and overall well-Being. They will work closely with the service planning team to ensure services meet the needs and preferences of the individuals.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is preferred, along with verbal and written communication skills. At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities or a related field is preferred.
