Swim Instructor

The swim teacher will lead structured yet fun water lessons for 1-4 students, teaching life-Saving swim skills following the foss swim path curriculum while ensuring swimmer safety. Responsibilities also include engaging with parents/Guardians regarding student progress and demonstrating the foss cultural pillars.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, comfortable working in a warm (91-Degree) chlorinated indoor pool environment, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are necessary, although no prior teaching experience is required as paid training is provided.
