Core responsibilities
The coach will primarily coach soccer teams or lead youth development programs for elementary to high school-Aged youth, implementing structured programming and focusing on developing social-Emotional skills through sports. Additionally, the role involves performing required data collection activities and attending all mandatory sports-Based youth development training sessions.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, u.s. Citizens or lawful permanent residents, and possess reliable transportation, while working towards a high school diploma or equivalent. While prior experience working with youth or sports is preferred, it is not strictly required, but friendliness, patience, and enthusiasm are essential.
