El Monte Dodgers Dreamteam Field Champion Baseball and Softball Coach

Field champions will serve as positive role models, utilizing sports-Based youth development strategies while coaching 3-4 baseball/Softball teams for youth aged 5-18 across spring and summer seasons. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks, participant engagement, event support, and maintaining consistent communication with coordinators.

Candidates must commit to a service term from march 14, 2026, to september 30, 2026, completing a minimum of 450 service hours, averaging over 15 hours per week. Applicants must consent to a background check and possess reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
