Behavior Management Clinician

The clinician provides specialized, community-Based stabilization services for youth in foster care by conducting behavioral assessments and delivering advanced caregiver coaching and real-Time consultation. Essential functions include developing individualized behavior management strategies, supporting de-Escalation, and modeling effective regulation techniques to strengthen foster parent capacity.

A master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field and specific indiana licensure (Lcsw, lmhc, lmft, bcba, or lba) are required for this role. Candidates must have experience working with high-Acuity youth, strong independent clinical judgment, and demonstrated ability to intervene in complex behavioral presentations.
