Youth Engagement Specialist (Summer Programming)

The specialist will directly support and facilitate afternoon enrichment activities such as arts, stem, and recreation, focusing on building positive relationships and encouraging student participation and teamwork. This role also involves supervising students during activities and off-Site field trips to ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with reliability to commit to the full program schedule. Preferred qualifications include experience working with youth and relevant college coursework in fields like education or social work.
