Youth Engagement Specialist (Wraparound Services)

The youth engagement specialist provides direct, skill-Based behavioral health services to youth with significant emotional and behavioral challenges, supporting them through habilitation, skills training, family training, and respite services aligned with treatment goals. Key duties include conducting behavioral assessments, delivering structured interventions in various settings, and providing education and coaching to caregivers.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbance (Sed). Required qualifications also include reliable local transportation, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and maintaining current cpr and first aid certifications.
