Behavior Technician, Home Program

The behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, delivering one-On-One services in home, school, and community environments while maintaining clinical fidelity. Responsibilities also include collecting accurate data, documenting progress, and communicating observations to the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 120 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in relevant settings, along with reliable transportation.
