Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, utilizing evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt while collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals during sessions. Responsibilities also include documenting progress, communicating observations to supervisors, and maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism or in childcare/School settings is strongly preferred, along with the ability to pass required background checks.
