Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

The physical therapy assistant will implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall physical function in preschool-Aged children by carrying out treatment plans directed by the pediatric physical therapist. Responsibilities include assisting children with exercises, monitoring progress, encouraging participation, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree from an accredited pta program and hold a valid new york state license or certification as a physical therapy assistant. Pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
