Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will support children with autism through early intervention programs by implementing therapy plans and behavior strategies. This includes teaching skills for communication, self-Care, and social interaction, while also helping manage behaviors and support transitions to school settings.

Qualifications vary based on pay level, requiring specific educational backgrounds such as enrollment in a graduate program, a master's degree, or a bachelor's degree in related fields, often coupled with significant paid/Clinical experience delivering aba services. Alternatively, candidates with associate degrees or high school diplomas may qualify with substantial supervised clinical experience or fluency in a non-English language.
