Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

The physical therapy assistant will carry out treatment plans directed by the pediatric physical therapist, assisting children with specific exercises and therapeutic activities to improve their physical function. Responsibilities also include monitoring and documenting child progress, encouraging participation, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program and hold a valid new york state license or certification. Pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
