Core responsibilities
The faculty member will primarily teach and assess osteopathic medical students in physiology and pathophysiology within the 2-Year pre-Clerkship curriculum, contributing 70% of their time to teaching duties. They are also expected to engage in scholarly activity, research, leadership, and service, including committee participation.
Requirements summary
Applicants must possess a terminal or equivalent degree in physiology, pathophysiology, or a related discipline (E.g., phd, do, or md) and must be authorized to work in the u.s. Experience in teaching physiology/Pathophysiology and developing medical school curricula is required, with preference given to those experienced in active learning methods.
