Assistant Swim Coach

The assistant swim coach will partner with the head coach to develop and implement season and session goals, leading one or more training groups within the swim program. This includes directing daily practices, coaching at swim meets, ensuring constant swimmer safety, and fostering positive relationships with swimmers and parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of swim team coaching experience, along with necessary certifications like cpr, aed, first aid, lifeguarding, usa swimming coach, and ymca principles of competitive swimming and diving. Reliable transportation is also mandatory for travel between locations.
