Behavior Technician (1+ years experience in ABA )

The behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans by working closely with a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) to provide 1-On-1 aba therapy in homes or communities. Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, collecting daily observations, and reporting data to monitor progress.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in aba and the ability to communicate effectively in english. Required attributes include strong communication and problem-Solving skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-Paced setting.
