Behavior Technician (Advanced Behavior Technician Required, Must have experience in ABA)

The behavior technician will implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans by working closely with a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves providing 1-On-1 in-Home and community-Based aba therapy while ensuring client safety and logging daily observations and critical data.

Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively in english and possess strong communication and problem-Solving skills necessary for building rapport with clients and families. The role requires the ability to work flexible, part-Time schedules, maintain organization while multitasking in a fast-Paced environment, and have experience as an advanced behavior technician with aba.
