Behavior Technician (RBT Preferred)

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans by providing 1-On-1 in-Home and community-Based aba therapy under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, logging daily observations, collecting data, and reporting progress to monitor client development.

Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively in english and handle confidential information, along with strong communication and problem-Solving skills for building rapport with clients and families. The role requires the ability to work flexible, part-Time schedules, with the potential for full-Time hours, while maintaining organization in a fast-Paced setting.
