Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children aged birth to 5 years, adjusting treatment plans, and testing abilities to determine realistic goals. The role also requires timely recording of evaluation and progress information using the electronic medical record system and maintaining confidentiality of records.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in occupational therapy, a valid driver's license, and experience with early childhood settings. Proficiency in ms word and comfort with computer systems are also required.
