ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Downers Grove

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs under bcba guidance, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing direct one-On-One or group therapy to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working under a bcba as a bt, or obtain rbt designation within 90 days, and possess strong communication and attendance records. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a behavioral health field and relevant experience.
