Teachers Assistant Toddler

The teacher assistant supports the lead teacher by assisting in planning, preparing, and implementing the classroom curriculum based on rhode island early learning and development standards. Essential functions include maintaining classroom health and safety, fostering positive rapport with children and families, and ensuring active supervision at all times.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a teacher assistant certification or 9 college credits in early childhood education, along with three months of classroom experience, and must be at least 21 years old. Requirements also include obtaining cpr/First aid certification within three months and beginning rields certificate requirements within nine months of hire.
