Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for planning lessons and executing the developmentally appropriate curriculum while ensuring a safe and structured learning environment for preschool children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. This includes planning daily lessons to support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Candidates must be flexible in challenging situations, possess strong organizational skills, and be committed to professional development and effective decision-Making. Applicants are also required to be first aid/Cpr trained and meet all state requirements for the position.
