Lead teachers are responsible for planning lessons and executing the developmentally appropriate curriculum while ensuring a safe and structured learning environment for preschool children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. This includes planning daily lessons to support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and communicating professionally with parents and staff.
