Lead Teacher: Summer Camp

Lead teachers are responsible for planning lessons and executing the developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children, ensuring a safe and structured learning environment. This includes planning daily lessons that support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth, and communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and have at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Essential requirements include being flexible in challenging situations, having strong organizational skills, commitment to professional development, and being trained in first aid/Cpr.
