Personal Trainer

Personal trainers are responsible for designing safe and effective exercise programs tailored to unique client needs and goals, while educating and empowering clients to maintain commitment to their health plans. They must also foster a positive, collaborative environment, maintain cleanliness, and ensure client safety.

A bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field is preferred, and a national certification (E.g., nasm, ace, acsm) is required. Candidates should ideally possess one year of personal training experience, understand injury prevention, and have excellent communication skills.
