Before and Aftercare Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher is responsible for implementing a quality daily program through teacher and child-Initiated activities, managing supplies, and ensuring timely transitions for children. This role also involves documenting attendance and maintaining professional conduct while collaborating with staff and involving parents in the program.

Candidates must possess a valid high school diploma or ged, be at least 19 years old, and have one or more years of experience working with children aged three to five. Required training includes 45 hours in child growth & development, 45 hours in preschool curriculum & activities, 9 hours in communication skills, and basic health and safety training.
