Summer ELOP Leader - Camp Campbell

The day camp leader guides day campers throughout their experience at ymca camp campbell elop, fostering an environment that teaches the ymca core values of respect, honesty, responsibility, and caring. Essential functions include assisting with various activities like teambuilding and sports, identifying risks, and ensuring the safety and well-Being of all participants at all times.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess excellent communication skills, along with a growth mindset focused on mentoring youth. Required certifications include cpr and first aid (Or obtained within 30 days of hire), and completion of ymca child abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire, plus proof of a recent negative tuberculosis test.
