Entry Level Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy in centers or homes, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills in children with autism. This role involves tracking client progress using company technology and collaborating with families and supervisors to support growth.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance. A high school diploma or ged is required, and a commitment to completing the paid virtual registered behavior technician (Rbt) training program is mandatory.
