Career Specialist

The career specialist will provide weekly one-On-One coaching and group instruction to young adults, focusing on building confidence and job readiness through a trauma-Informed approach. Responsibilities include conducting career assessments, teaching essential workplace skills, coordinating real-World exposure like internships, and tracking client progress.

Candidates must have experience in transitional living programs, preferably within behavioral health or social services, and must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Employment is conditional upon passing a background check, drug screening, and having a clean driving record.
