Residential Mentor

The residential mentor will build trusting relationships with residents, offering guidance to foster personal growth, emotional regulation, and independence while monitoring their progress toward achieving meaningful goals. Responsibilities also include planning and leading group activities that promote community engagement and skill development, alongside providing crisis intervention and maintaining detailed records.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of experience in a residential setting or mental health facility. Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
