BCBA – Stafford Clinic Part-Time & Full-Time

As a bcba, the role focuses on quality client supervision, hands-On intervention, and mentoring behavior analysts in training (Bats) and bcabas. Responsibilities also include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field, along with a current texas license as an lba and bcba certification from the bacb. Two years of experience as a bcba is preferred.
