Residential Mentor

The role involves building trusting relationships with residents, offering guidance to foster personal growth, independence, and emotional regulation, while assisting them in setting and achieving meaningful goals. Responsibilities also include planning and leading group activities that promote community engagement and skill development, alongside providing crisis intervention and maintaining detailed records.

Candidates are preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, though a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least two years of experience in a residential setting or mental health facility. A valid driver's license with a clean record and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, are mandatory.
