Hampton Center Child Care - Program Assistant

The program assistant supports group leaders and site directors by leading activities that meet ymca quality standards, ensuring the safety of children, and fostering positive relationships with children and parents. Responsibilities also include responding to individual physical and emotional needs of children in a nurturing manner and maintaining a positive program atmosphere.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old, maintain a current medical health form, and agree to background checks if 18 or older. Essential qualifications include professionalism, integrity, good judgment, organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and be flexible with location assignments.
