Nurse Instructor, RN

The nurse instructor will plan, develop, teach, and coordinate the certified nursing assistant training program, while also supervising and evaluating the performance of nursing assistant students. This role includes rounding in patient care areas to ensure quality nursing assistant services are being delivered.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registered nurse licensure and possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience, including one to two years in long-Term care or geriatric nursing. Additional requirements include completing or having experience in teaching adult students or supervising nurse aides, and maintaining current basic life support certification.
