Hampton Center Child Care - Group Leader

The group leader is responsible for running programs and curriculum that meet ymca quality standards, ensuring the safety of children, and developing positive relationships with children and parents. This includes leading engaging activities, responding to individual child needs, and maintaining a positive program space.

Candidates must be at least 17 years old with a high school diploma or ged, plus 600 hours of experience with school-Age children, relevant college credits, or coach certification. Applicants must also agree to background checks, maintain current medical forms, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
