Fishing program lead - Summer camp 2026

The program lead is responsible for overseeing the day-To-Day operations of fishing programs and ensuring a safe and engaging experience for campers. They will also supervise counselors, maintain program equipment, and communicate supply needs effectively.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of leadership and childcare experience, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and the ability to serve as a positive role model. Familiarity with fishing techniques and prior experience working with children are preferred.
