Speech Therapist

The speech language pathologist is responsible for providing care to residents at the highest level and managing treatment plans across multiple facilities. They participate as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

Candidates must have a master's degree in speech therapy and a current active speech language pathology license in the state of operations. Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with governmental guidelines in healthcare settings are preferred.
