Connected Community Schools (CCS) - School Based Youth (SEALs) Coordinator

The seals coordinator provides a multi-Tiered response to intervention focusing on student mental health and well-Being through proactive identification and support coordination with families and administration. This role involves delivering curriculum in various settings, educating on adverse childhood experiences, and assisting with classroom interventions using de-Escalation and mindfulness strategies.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, accompanied by five years of relevant experience, is required for this position. Candidates must possess basic computer skills, have a valid nys driver’s license, and be prepared for required travel.
