Academic & Vocational Navigator

The navigator coordinates, facilitates, and oversees academic and vocational services for enrolled youth, providing individualized training, mentoring, advocacy, and workforce development support to ensure academic success and career readiness. This role involves managing a caseload, facilitating the passport to success curriculum, developing individualized education and career plans, and building partnerships with community organizations and businesses.

A bachelor of arts or science degree, preferably in psychology, sociology, or human services, is required, along with two years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess basic computer skills, have a valid nys driver's license, and be prepared for required travel.
