Inclusion/Adaptive Leader - Teens in Motion

The inclusion leader is responsible for working individually with participants with special needs, facilitating their inclusion into ymca programs by providing behavior modification and support services. This role involves leading youth in daily programming, ensuring participant safety and well-Being, and actively engaging in program planning and implementation.

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and ideally possess 1-2 years of advanced experience working with participants aged 0-21 who have special needs or social-Emotional/Behavior support needs. Required clearances include fingerprinting, and certifications like cpr/Aed and first aid must be obtained shortly after hiring.
