Child Watch Lead - Mission Valley

The child watch lead oversees daily operations, staff coordination, and child safety within the program. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring a clean environment, and modeling ymca core values.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children aged 2 months to 12 years. Applicants are required to obtain cpr/Aed and first aid certifications within 30 days of hire and must pass a fingerprint background check.
