Quality Assurance Trainer

The quality assurance trainer is responsible for developing employee education programs for new and current staff, conceptualizing, designing, developing, and assessing high-Quality training courses on patient access and revenue cycle material. Duties also include training staff on processes, developing media using various tools, collaborating on material creation, and communicating staff updates.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in teaching or training, or an associate's degree with 5 years of related experience, specifically including patient access and/Or revenue cycle experience. Candidates must have formal responsibility for assessing training needs and implementing department-Wide training initiatives.
