Peer Mentor Ambassador

The peer mentor ambassador will assist in conducting campus tours and events, providing essential information to prospective students regarding higher education, the college selection process, applications, and financial aid options. Responsibilities also include assisting students with completing financial aid and application forms like fafsa, tasfa, and apply texas, as well as supporting new student orientation events.

Candidates must possess general knowledge of college access and completion, demonstrating maturity, responsibility, organization, and strong attention to detail, along with effective time management and communication skills. Eligibility requires being a u.s. Citizen or eligible noncitizen, a texas resident classified by dallas college, demonstrating financial need via fafsa, meeting satisfactory academic progress, and being enrolled for at least six credit hours.
